Returns/Replacements
You have 30 days to make a claim on a defective item and return it from the date you receive it. Please inspect your goods throroughly once you receive them! Don't assume they are fine.
Sometimes defects don't show up right away, but if you notice anything odd, keep your item in case there are more. ie: a pen that doesn't write; a calculator that doesn't work. We need proof that there is a defect and will send samples back to the factory. Once we receive your samples, we will return them to the factory for inspection and review. We will notify you immediately on the status of your order after inspection. Most of the time the items will be replaced unless it is no longer available.
Refund
If your return is approved for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within three days..
Shipping
If your items need to be returned because of a defect, you will not be responsible for shipping costs. Arrangements will be made to pick up the merchandise.
Restocking Fee
All stock items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping paid on the items or refund for shipping costs for returning the items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund on the merchandise, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
